Remote Patient Monitoring is complete healthcare
Kencor is using Artificial Intelligence to provide capabilities for Hospitals and Medical Professionals to spend more time with patients. This makes the process more efficient, transforming patient care by enabling health care professionals to digitally engage with their patients outside of their traditional care setting using a SaaS based Chronic Care Management (CCM) platform.
Caring for and monitoring major health diagnoses
Kencor’s Remote Patient Management is targeted to cardiology patients who have been identified as candidates for Chronic Care Management (CCM) services. In addition to access to Sami, Kencor provides each patient with a kit that includes a wireless transmission enabled weight scale, blood pressure cuff, and pulse oximeter.
Patients no longer need to rely only on in-person visits to help manage their cancer care. Remote monitoring technology from Kencor allows us to track how your treatments are progressing with the assistance of SAMi™ and Bluetooth-enabled devices such as weight scales, blood pressure devices, and pulse oximeters.
The most effective & interactive patient engagement
Kencor health introduces SAMi™ to digitally engages patients outside the traditional care settings. SAMi reminds the patients to measure their vitals regularly and transmits automatically to Kencor platform while engaging the patients through a patient pending kencor conversations that can take place over any medium. A simple thirty second conversation with SAMi keeps the patients connected with their care team who monitors and intervene whenever it is required. SAMiConnect integrates with the latest AI technology to keep your patients engaged in their treatment plan while keeping your team connected to how they are doing. SAMi takes on the heavy lifting of gathering, interpreting, and reporting critical patient data collected from all connected devices. SAMi then processes and presents the data in a simple dashboard so your care team can take action.
